I don't think it is fair of me to give this 3 stars, but I didn't have a pleasant experiance with it and I am very sensitive to garlic. I bought it because of the mention of allicin content, but I didn't feel much improvement as I felt from taking allicin. If you don't have sensitivity to garlic, than this brand it honestly good enough.
The product is not for me. I felt a bit of a garlic odor somehow from my stomach. So I gave it to someone else instead.

I bought it for SIBO , it seems it has workes very well but it is veuy hard on the stomach . I also experienced hot flashes , but that seems to be more commun .
These don’t have a strong odor at all, they’re easy to take and aren’t too big to swallow whole (with water of course) they don’t have a strong garlic taste either but i did notice a bit of garlic breath after the first few times I’ve taken these, but it’s gone now
