I can't rightfully review this product, because when I opened the bottle I was greeted by capsules so big that I couldn't imagine getting them down my throat. So I never have tried. They sit on my shelf, ready when I am.

I like OM as a brand and decided to try this strain of mushroom. The ingredient turkey tail is supposed to have many health benefits. The quality id good and size of the package is excellent. I mainly bougjt it for immunity support. I still am researching which mushrooms could best suit me but this one is worth trying in my opinion

The ingredients are mycelium and not fruiting body, which is half as efficient. Benefits and quality are what they should be but can be improved.
