Great pre workout! The first time that I used it I felt very energetic, but also very focused. I am not new to the pre workout scene and I have tried many over the years. This one is great because I received all the energy and focus that I needed without the weird tingly feeling that shoots through your hands and face when using other kinds of pre. I know that some people might enjoy that, I kinda like it myself, but having all the energy and focus without that side effect was great. It recommends 10oz of water per scoop but I think you should drink a little more. I always work out in the morning before going to work and that is when the human body tends to be the most dehydrated. So, if you are going to use this product in the morning I recommend drinking about 16oz. Extra water never hurt anyone, but lacking water can.

This grape-flavored pre-workout gives me an incredible energy surge that kicks in about 20 minutes after I drink it. The focus is so intense, I can completely zone in on my lifts without any distractions. I did have to start with a half scoop because the full serving was a bit too strong for me at first. It's hands-down the most effective pre-workout I've used for pushing through tough sessions.

The quality of this pre-workout is okay, but it has too many additives in the formula, which makes it feel less clean compared to other options. The taste (grape) is fine, but nothing special. When it comes to workout performance, it doesn’t deliver enough — there isn’t enough beta-alanine for a real stimulus or strong pump. That said, the efficiency is fair for someone new to pre-workouts. If you’re a beginner, it might be decent to start with, but for anyone more experienced or looking for intensity, it’s underwhelming.
