A good quality magnesium supplement that’s gentle on the stomach compared to other forms. The tablets are a bit large but still manageable. I’ve noticed better relaxation and improved sleep since taking it regularly. Four stars because it requires multiple tablets for higher doses, but it’s a solid option for daily magnesium support.

This is by far my favorite supplement that I take. It works like a charm every night. Helps my sleep so much. I find myself tossing and turning less, and staying asleep easily. Also helps calm my mind so I can fall asleep quicker. When pregnant, I would occasionally get restless legs and this helped my muscles relax. The best.
