First of all, I love the taste of this. It is so nice and light, a great comforting drink. As soon as you feel cold/flu coming on, start drinking this immediately. It genuinely stops any sickness from progressing. This product works and I keep it on hand at home for use.
It is convenient to drink it instead of tea, it is tasty. I drank it several times at the initial symptoms of a cold and the next day I felt relief. However, it will not help you much if you are already sick. I am attracted by the natural components in the composition. I recommend it when you feel first symptoms.
