Mushrooms™, Reishi, Mushroom Mycelium Powder, 3.5 oz (100 g)

Best reishi in the market. Helps with anxiety, For Dietary Supplementation "I am a reishi user for almost a decade. After a boot with prostate cancer, I am happy to be in remission for all of these years. If there is one thing I recommend people to consider is the regular intake of red reishi with high polysaccharides content. Of all of the reishi brands and type out there, I settled with what I consider the best for myself. Ganoprime from Reishi Essence is my choice of reishi supplement for many years and I trust their quality. Do your homework. Bypass the marketing hypes and choose a high quality red reishi base on facts and evidence such as high % Polysaccharides and % Triterpenes backed by official tests results."

I have never had Reishi that worked as instantly and as effectively as this! this Reishi powder is game changer for me! I work from morning til night over 8 hours a day in front of a screen and I never get tired! I mix this powder with coffee every morning, its taste's great! the energy, detox, and the longevity I get from this mushroom superfood is why I recommend this to all family and friends! the only criticism is the size of the product is a little small, but its worth it!

e it because of the Quality of ingredient and composición promotes anti age effects. the taste is really Nice and blends really well with My proteín and goes along with My diet. i love the amount of mg i see better effect. the package is Nice in size and help with My deficiency

Very good I think. Got it few years ago, we were taking it for a while but didn’t finish the pack before it expired Can’t really tell if there were any changes in how we feel, but i guess some benefits were there But easy to add in foods and drinks, serving size in not large, so you don’t feel the mushroom taste

Host Defense was a recommended brand by my TCM doc, who is very particular about quality and sourcing. While I’d prefer not having a plastic bottle, it is a good quantity and I appreciate having more control over dosing versus pills. I didn’t notice any benefit, but trust the brand and know every body is different.

I bought this Reishi powder mainly to support better sleep quality and a calmer nervous system. After using it consistently, I’d describe the effect as subtle and gradual, more like “stress resilience” than a direct sleep aid. It did not knock me out like a sleeping pill. For me it felt more like it helped take the edge off in the evening, which can indirectly support sleep. Important note about the format: this is a powder (not a concentrated liquid extract). Powders can be less “potent per dose” than dual or triple-extracted tinctures because extraction changes what compounds are available and often concentrates them. If you want a stronger, more noticeable effect, you may prefer an extract/tincture version. If you want a mild daily support product, powder can still be fine.

The taste of longevity detox is superb. It is good. I especially like the energy of superfood immunity. The ingredient is a type of mushroom, and it's in a package. One benefit is the size. I like quality of things, generally speaking, and this is no exception, but it is exceptional. So square that.

I really like this Reishi powder — the quality and ingredients are consistently good. I use several Host Defense mushrooms for my dog, and this one has been a great addition to his routine. The powder size is convenient, the package is easy to use, and the overall experience with this brand has always been excellent. A reliable superfood with great consistency and taste.

I’ve used the capsule version before with good results, so I tried this powder this time. It’s more cost effective, and the amount provided is generous. The quality and ingredients feel reliable, and I’m optimistic it will offer the same support. A great addition for boosting immunity, energy, and overall wellness, and I use it regularly for my dog’s health too.
