This Bromelain product was highly recommended by a natural doctor . The ingredients seems safe and effective . This is my second bottle and I don’t notice an upset stomach or anything unusually . I’m hoping with continued use it will improve my health .I take one a day as stated. It’s a large pill which I thought I wouldn’t swallow but was able to without a problem. The quality seems good as my dr recommends it so I feel safe . And yes the size is large .

I have been using this in addition to digestive enzymes and so far it seems to be going well. I have a sensitive stomach and this hasn't given any side effects thankfully. I haven't noticed any benefits yet but I will stay consistent with it.
