My kids absolutely love the taste of this supplement, and the bottle size offers great value. The liquid format is also very convenient to give them every day. ​However, I'm rating the overall quality 3 stars because it doesn't contain real fish oil. More importantly, it lacks the active Omega-3 derivatives (like EPA and DHA) that a child's body actually needs for real health benefits. ​Bottom line: A tasty and convenient option, but not the most effective Omega-3 source.
