Very promising in terms of dosage, but the taste didn't work for my toddler. But no Omega brand did the job anyways, he simply refuses to drink it. In regards to the product, I have tasted it and it's one of the best less fishy taste Omegas.
also one of my daughter's favorite eye vitamin. She at first disliked it due to sour taste.. but gradually gotten used to it. my tip is do not mix it with yogurt.. and also one recommendation... If you can, please provide specialized spoon for this type of vitamin.. everyone has different idea of what teaspoon is......
my children love to eat it, I give one tbls daily to my boys ages 4 and 6 years old, also take it myself. it's totally safe. easy to drink. I think omega-3 6 9 is good to give every half the year, but contact your doctor before usage. taste like a candy. it is possible to combine it with other vitamins. i love it and kids love it,good quality, we will order again. no fish taste
