It didn't cause any negative reactions in my 7-month-old. It has a fishy smell and taste, but the baby drinks it without any issues.

The package lists various dosage for age groups. I didnt notice a strong taste at the small dosages. I would put in my daughters morning oatmeal as a supplement since we dont eat much seafood. Love that it includes Vitamin D as an ingredient as well. I always buy Carlsen DHA because of the high quality testing etc, so happy to have this for baby too
