I’ve tried a lot of protein powders, and Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey in Strawberry & Cream is easily one of the best-tasting ones I’ve had. The flavor is smooth, creamy, and actually tastes like strawberries instead of having that artificial protein aftertaste. The smell is also amazing — sweet and fresh right when you open the tub. It mixes very easily with both water and milk, no clumps at all, and the texture is really smooth. Great after workouts or even as a quick snack during the day. The protein quality is excellent as expected from Optimum Nutrition. Definitely buying this flavor again. Highly recommend if you want a whey protein that tastes good and is easy to drink every day.

Using this to supplement protein intake for a vegetarian diet. It is easy to mix and tasty. It is not too heavy and doesn’t cause bloating. Optimum Nutrition is known for its quality. Will be continuing to use this for awhile.

When I was looking for Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey I looked at many sites and stopped at IHERB because the price was 100.80 cad (there is a screenshot from that date), and on Amazon - 123.89 cad. And I was also hoping for a 20% discount as a first-time buyer. To my surprise, this product turned out to be 142.35 cad, which is 42% higher. Please explain how it turned out there

Very tasty. 100% whey protein. I take it before strength training and after strength training. Sometimes before bed. Amazing strawberry taste. I recommend it to everyone.

I cant use any protein, I have lactose intolerance and its always hard for me to find low lactose protein that also tastes ok and not too sweet. this one is my favorite, the strawberry tastes, dont like vanilla or chocolate as they are too sweet and artificial. the banana is ok too but very artificial. My boyfriend also likes it, he's taking it with his ADHeds and the protein is digested fast, which helps the meds for for longer and more stable. also the price is reasonable

I tried the Strawberries & Cream flavor, and at first, I was a little wary because some people said it tastes synthetic. Not at all! I do think it’s a bit oversweetened, but that’s just my preference. It smells absolutely delicious, though—the whole room even starts smelling lovely when I open the lid. The only drawback I noticed is that it doesn’t mix very well just by using a scoop, not even in hot water. Oh, and probably important for some...it makes me feel really full after taking it.
