I have colitis and by taking 1 capsule of Super Fisol Fish Oil 500mg in the morning and 2 at night along with 1 capsule of Udo;s Choice, Super Bifido Plus Probiotic at night before bed, I have returned to a normal state with full control, solid movements, no accidents. My gastro Doctor was clueless on how to control colitis.
it's the most expensive probiotic I've tried. despite the cost, the quality cannot be best. I've taken this supplement since 2003. it balances my gut microbiome. clears candida.
I've been buying from iherb for over a decade and have roughly calculated that I've spent many thousands of dollars on supplements to help with fatigue. Its not in question whether this particular supplement is legitimate, good quality, pure and of a good brand. I am open to all that being true. Though, I can only tell you my experience. That is, I didn't notice any difference in my health and well-being as a result of taking this supplement either for a few days or for many weeks. Actually, one of the very few noticeably effective supplements I've ever bought from iHerb and will continue to buy is Thorne Advanced Nutrients multivitamin. I surprisingly do feel better, more alert, more charged and energised within an hour of taking 2-3 capsules, which is less than half the recommended dose. This is a very rare result for me. clean, the bacteria are obviously alive bec the work (but gave me a bit constipation which is untypical for me) taste ist good, quality seems to be VERY GOOD I will probably buy again, bec so many probiotics dont seem to be alive, these seem to be very alive. size is fine.
The quality and ingredient are good. This probiotic is very strong and effective. It helps constipation and gut. I take 1 capsule daily and I get much benefit from it.

This is a high quality probiotic supplement with the right mix of probiotic ingredients in a nice package. It delivers great benefits since it is in a sufficiently high dosage. Benefits include a healthy gut, better digestion and food absorption, less candida since it is outbattled. I love this product and it helps a lot.
