Love this product! The main thing I noticed was more energy (but without jitters or that feeling you get when you've had too much caffeine). I would take this product at lunch to help counteract the sleepiness and lower energy I felt at work in mid-afternoon. HOWEVER, I am giving this product only 4 stars because I wish it didn't have licorice in it. Do your own research but licorice may be unsafe (taken in high enough quantities or over a period of time) for people with high blood pressure (me), people with low potassium, kidney disease, heart disease, those sensitive to estrogen and other conditions. After using this product mostly daily for three months, I suspected this product was causing me to have higher blood pressure causing light-headedness and blood pounding in my head. I don't know if it was this product or not but quit taking it and the issue went away. I will try it again after giving it a few weeks rest and see how it goes. Otherwise, a great product, good price, packaged nicely. I noticed my hair is thicker and this could actually be an effect of the licorice which increases estrogen lol. Also, a shout out to iHerb who is always fast, accurate, and a pleasure to do business with (10+ years)!
