Lycopene, 10 mg, 120 Softgels

I’ve been taking this lycopene supplement with the patented Lyc-O-Mato formula, and it’s been a great choice for supporting men’s prostate health. The capsules are small, easy to swallow, and gentle on the stomach. Interestingly, the softgels I received use organic extra virgin olive oil instead of rice bran oil, which is still listed on the product page—so it seems the formula has been upgraded? but the page hasn’t been updated yet. Either way, I’m glad to be taking a high-quality supplement I can trust.

I tried to get lycopene from tomato paste. I figured I could easily take a teaspoon a day, but it didn't work out like I thought it would, so I got this. I'm satisfied with it. 1 capsule is a lot stronger than a teaspoon of tomato paste too. (Insert grin here)

Highly recommend I have tried it once and since then always hiught frim it

I use this 10 mg version as my “everyday” lycopene. One softgel with a meal is an easy maintenance dose, especially if you already eat tomatoes but want to be sure you’re covered. Softgels are tiny, no taste, no reflux. I pair this with other antioxidants for skin and cardiovascular support and it fits perfectly into the stack. If you don’t need the higher 20 mg dose or want something gentler to start with, this is a very good option and great value for 120 softgels.

Smells strongly of sun-dried tomatoes. I’m wary of any tomato-derived lycopene product which doesn’t, even other Lycomato offerings. Compounded with the preferred medium of olive oil. (Not rice bran oil as shown on the website.)
