BHI, Spasm Pain, 100 Tablets

I've started trying more of the BHI range since being very impressed with their migraine and arnica blends. This is another one that works (imo). I have fibromyalgia and honestly, the dr is always cutting back on pain meds that I actually rely on to be able to stand upright, so l've been looking into the homeopathic route. The past week I was riddled with spasms from sciatica in my right leg, and this was the only thing that gave me some relief. l've tried so many things to help spasms and I usually only get a little reduction in the pain or not at all, these actually lessened the pain by a good 60% with just two tablets. I highly recommend this brand

These period pain relief pills are very good. They helped reduce cramps and discomfort. Easy to take and effective. I’m happy with the results.

Love only thing that keeps me from getting muscle cramps

The instructions do not mention that it contains lactose. The box also does not say that it contains lactose!!! However, when I opened it, the bottle with the tablets said that it contains lactose. If it had been noted, I would not have purchased this product because I have an intolerance to it. I am very disappointed by this!!!!

I have lower abdominal pain and severe cramps during my period. I also sometimes have severe headaches, but this medication doesn't work at all. So I'm taking other medications, and I usually take this to reduce the pain in my lower back, lower abdomen, and headaches. I will never buy it again in the future.

I have used this product for three things and it's helped with each: Muscle spasms, period cramps, and a spasm headache I get that's a reaction to something I've eaten, and it has helped with each one. I was amazed by how quickly it helped with period pain especially! I didn't think it really would, but I tried two pills at the start of a bad period and within minutes, I felt better. I thought surely it was just a fluke and tried it again. Same thing. I'm so impressed by the quality and consistent benefits of BHI's products! They also taste like candy so there's just nothing not to love.

These gave me great relief from menstrual cramps. A friend recommended them to me. Addresses other concerns too that I wasn't aware of but that's a plus.
