First time trying Bromelain in a single ingredient again Source Naturals is a favorite trusted company of high-quality using this supplement to work on inflammation especially during allergy season hopefully it will help with food, allergies, and sensitivities as well I’m just starting to use it so I will need to get back an update my review I believe the 500 mg once or twice a day is a good choice from what I’ve read. I believe source Naturals has a very high standards for their company. I know you can eat a lot of pineapple for the bromelin, but I believe taking a supplement is a little easier.
I take bromelain to aid digestion and break down proteins. Quality seems good and this enzyme deserves more credit:)))
