I bought these to try for my child with sleep apnea (3) to see if they would reduce night time wakings. They didn’t work the best for that reason but they definitely do help to get the kids to sleep so I use them for my 4 year old when he’s struggling to get to sleep. Works well!
My child loves the taste of Genexa Kids' Sleepology chewable tablets. They are easy to take and have helped my child fall asleep faster and sleep more soundly. My son has trouble getting to sleep, his mind is full of thoughts at bedtime that keep him awake. Since taking this product he goes to sleep quickly and has a restful sleep. He now comes and asks for them if he feels he needs them, which is now only about once a week. We find that they break the cycle of restless nughts and get him back on track again. I really like that they do not contain melatonin and that he only takes it if he needs to, rather than a daily use product. Highly recommend!!
One child didn't like the taste. The other child liked the taste, but the supplement seemed to have an opposite effect. he was very energetic after taking. however, that may just be his reaction; he's ADHD, so things can have a contradictionary effect on him. appears to be a good quality supplement.
