The natural ingredients, quality are Perfect: the size of capsules is appropriate. For several years I have been taking Dr. Mercola Multivitamin for Women and it was great too . But the size of the tablets is big and I don’t like it much. But the quality is also very good . Highly recommended to everyone who does care about the overall wellbeing.

I have been using Naturelo whole food Multivitamin for over 6 years.It is specially formulated for women over 50 with no iron. It the best on Iherb. gentle on the stomach whole food derivatives and you can sense the difference in energy when taking it regularly. I tried others multivitamin but this remains the best.
Since my mother started to take these i've noticed an uptick in hee energy compared to her on her old vitamin. I don't know if its solely cause of the vitamin but I haven't changed anything else. Really glad I switched her to these and will be buying more in the future.
I like the whole food sources of the vitamins. It provide a wide range of daily vitamins and mineral we need everyday. While it's nice the nutrients are derived from food, it doesn't state or show any certification if they are organic and free of any toxic ingredient.
This is quite some multivitamin! It reminds me of Solgar's natural composition multivitamin but the quality of the natural ingredients are much better here, all being made as much as possible from natural extracts. I am impressed by the dosages of the ingredients as they are all at maximum potency and there is a good long list too, covering a lot of bases. I gave these to my geriatric old mother and I am sure they helped. Expensive though.
