This flour is really good. When I make bread with it I noticed a difference in my energy level that is better by far when compared with the wheat flour I usually get at the grocery store. I don't buy this at the grocery store because It costs less on Iherb than at the grocery store.
This flour being stone grounded and whole grain makes it highly nutritious. Spelt is also a more accessible option for those wanting to try ancient grains that have not been genetically modified. It’s a great option for making bread, pancakes, pastries that are actually healthy. Also the grounding method is important since mechanically and highly processed or refined flours end up with their natural nutrients almost completely gone. Which is why this option is better.
