This works! Tried other more expensive brands (store brands) that didn't help. Have arthritis with high level of pain, I was real hesitant this wouldn't help, but it really makes a big difference. Mix it with grape juice. Note-You have to read the instructions this takes a few weeks to get the full benefit. Not over priced either. Highly recommend.
I didn’t like this but it husband loves it. He says it helps with mobility. It made me nauseous but I have many GI issues, so I’m sure it’s just me.
