It is without a doubt a quality multivitamin. At an age of 30 years old, I want to make sure I take preventative steps to ensure my health remains consistent. There are so many great ingredients in this formula, including trace minerals. I ordered the 1 month supply to try it out, but am very satisfied and will be ordering a larger count sized bottle next!

I am a fan of the brand and feel this is a very good quality once daily vitamin. Of course the potency will be lower in these than ones that you are supposed to take 3-6 a day of, but I think it is good and I can see an effect when I take it.

Every time I took it it gave me strange sensations in my feet. It seemed neuropathy, which is usually caused by high vitamin B 6. The bottle states a normal dose of vitamin B6 so I dont understand the effects. It seems high quality but it does not work for me.
