Very strong. It is very good, but be cautious. It is better to take it before night because melatonin is produced mostly during the night and this pill can cause you sleepiness if you take it in the daytime.

These things are very good, take an hour or so to kick in for me and the effect is subtle, but Im aware enough to notice my voice deepens slightly and everything in my body slows down a tad. Good before presentations etc and before bed, I sleep like a baby.

When I bought it I was more interested in trying 5HTP. I didn't know anything about melanin back then. So when I took it, I felt very sleepy soon after. I'd say it sure helps sleep, but sometimes I feel a bit moody the next day. So it's a give and take situation.
