MSM & Glucosamine, 180 VegCaps

I’ve been taking this for probably 15-20 years. I was having a little knee pain when my D.O. told me NOT to take Glucosomine and Chondrotin, since the Chondrotin would mess up my lipids. He said to take this combo. Pain stopped shortly thereafter. Later on a GP told me to take this combo 1 cap 3x per day, not 1 or 2 per day. I’m now almost 75 and still pretty good knees. However, I have to state I was never into sports when I was young, but for a few years did run.
