Excellent for those of us who find it difficult to swallow capsules. And as for the taste, I see a few people saying it tastes disgusting. Well I thought that at first but you really do get used to the taste. I just put a teaspoon of it in a very small amount of orange juice and neck it back. I have even began to look forward to having it.
It has helped my teenage son with his psoriasis. He doesn't mind the flavor. We are so happy to have found this product. We have also seen some benefits in controlling my husband's cholesterol. It is a high quality product. We recommend it because we have seen results.
We have been taking fish oil regularly for years. It offers important health benefits - lowers inflammation, supports brain, heart, skin, eye, hair health. I wish the package was bigger - we keep it in the fridge and take a table spoonful a day with some lemon. Sometimes even more - when there's more stress. Good Omega 3 source. Regular taste, good ingredients and quality - addition of black seed makes it even more beneficial.
I bought this because it was on sale, so the price was good. Interesting that it combines fish oil with black seed oil. The flavor really makes a difference as I can't taste the bitterness of the black seed oil. I'm unsure of the actual amount of black seed oil in this however, which is mainly what I'm taking it for. I think it may be less effective for the benefits than taking plain black seed oil.
It is not a first time for me purchasing this product and I am satisfied with ingredients and quality. I have a lot of inflammation and hope this will improve my health.
got this for my other half due to all the good benefits and I read somewhere it can lower antibodies- I have Hashimoto's which I'm new to managing. the taste is almost like very peppery, my partner thinks herby, but on top of that you can taste the fish oil. we found the easiest way was to shot it with a small amount of juice. I initially made a full drink with our flavoured magnesium from thorne but found it too overpowering with taste. very potent. my partner doesn't mind it, I'm hoping I can continue as it bothers me more.
Very nice. does not have the orange taste or smell but have to just pinch your nose and take it for the benefits.
Good quality, doesn’t taste much, slight orange taste. It’s good size too, lasts for a while. The only downside on the package would be that I’d like a pipet top so it’s easier and less messy to pour.
Can't beat Black Seed Oil w/Omega-3's. Ran it by my functional med dr and he was all for it. Highly recommend!
Black seed oil has a robust taste, but it's worth it due to its significant health benefits. It's rich in omega-3, 6, 9, and thymoquinone. The ingredients are top quality. I appreciate the reasonable and affordable price, the attractive packaging which last for one month and is easy to take.
