I bought this pillow because it looked similar to what we have now, which I bought from macy's a few years ago, on that order your company sent the wrong 1 then too. I hate the pillow I bought. Its nothing like what i have. It will be a while before I buy again. 3 strikes your out
I should return, but am currently disabled and really just can't deal with it. I was very disappointed. When I ordered a (two) contoured pillow I expected a contoured pillow. These really aren't. I have neck problems and have used contoured pillows for several years. When I spent this much money on pillows I really expected a lot more than I actually received. Really disappointed.

This pillow was incredibly helpful with nerve pain I had in my neck. I tried a number of pillows and positions with not much luck until I bought this pillow. I sleep on it without other pillows, so my neck is in good alignment with my spine. The contour is just enough to work out very well for me. The latex sleeps cooler than memory foam which I appreciate. Even though my neck pain has gone away, i still sleep on this pillow most nights, it is so supportive. Mine is not overly firm nor overly soft, but the goldilocks of pillows.
Was not shipped what i ordered. Pillow i received was not even the correct material. Ordered firm latex, received a soft bamboo. Will not order anything else from this company
Very disappointed in this pillow. I haven't had it very long at all and it has gone FLAT! The contours have almost disappeared. Would not recommend.
Love the pillow, the bouncy effect, and comfort. The only problem is that pillow curve is not deep enough, it needs to be deeper in Height.
As someone who suffers from back & neck pain, I LOVE this pillow! It is perfect for back or side sleeping and my neck feels supported in both positions. I never wake up with a creak in my neck. The bamboo maintains its structure much better than memory foam that I have tried!
look inside the Pillow , the foam came falling apart, missing little pieces as if something ate it .
