4 stars because they are really soft and kept a little bounce. They got flat pretty quickly. But I like a flat pillow. There's something in this pillow that makes it stay bouncy so it's not so basic. They're kind of flat plush.

I received the comfort support pillows not the cool,sleep. When checking my purchase it shows they are not available so perhaps they substituted them

A little too soft for me
The pillow makes annoying noises when you are moving to get comfortable.
Just okay. Pillows are not firm and they are kind of noisy. They are good extra pillows.
