I'm giving 3 stars, because of bad design of the bottle. A pump presser is too short, and shampoo is always leaking onto the cap, instead of your hand. If the creator's would try using the product at least once - they'd understand the problem and would change the “fancy” but not useful design

The pump spout on this shampoo bottle is too short, so it's hard to pump the shampoo into my hand. The old bottle design was much more convenient.

The product is great, the new design bottle is not. The spout on top is too short and makes a mess.

Good consistency shampoo

I followed the recommendation after a period of time my hair is flat and not as much nor volume

I have seen a DECREASE in hair volume really. .

I am really happy with this product, the serum, shampoo, conditioner and supplements. I decided to try it all and in just 45 days my hair looks better and is growing much faster!

I love how the shampoo lathers up and I don't use a lot of the product. It makes my scalp tingle and feel really clean! It makes my hair shine and is so easy to manage. I no longer need to shampoo everyday anymore!

The shampoo itself is good but the dispenser is awful. The pump drips the expensive shampoo down the side instead of into my hand. It also needs to be either pulled back up to repump OR sometimes you have to wait too long for the pump to rise again to repump. I don't have that kind of time to wait and do not want to waste shower water to do either. I have contacted DS Labs but have not heard back.
