If it's not the product leaking on it's delivery, it's the fact that you can't get the pump to actually open or pump out product. I wish this came in a squeeze bottle so it's easier to use. The actual shampoo is awesome but the packaging is such a buzzkill.
Initially got a defective bottle JVN quickly replaced it and I love the smell and fact that it’s not full of crud. Makes my hair look great and doesn’t weight it down.
Cannot open the bottle properly so I can’t tell how much shampoo I’m getting and it makes me sad.

I’ve been really happy with both the shampoo and conditioner. They feel gentle, but still leave my hair feeling truly clean, soft, and refreshed without weighing it down. I have fine hair, so a lot of products are either too heavy or make my hair feel dry, but this set gave me a really nice balance. My hair feels light, looks healthier overall, and has been getting compliments too. Definitely a pleasant surprise.
