I like that they are smaller in size but the texture does get stuck in my teeth, hence the four stars. But otherwise pleased!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find these digestive enzymes enjoyable to take as they are small (smaller than a dime) and easy to consume, and the taste isn't off putting. The flavor says "berry", but to me there's a small orange flavor element which is enjoyable. I like being able to add these to my meals to not feel so bloated after eating. My 8 year old daughter was having some stomach discomfort after a meal recently and she took one of these and noticed a difference in about 20 minutes. I believe they can help aid digestion and I would definitely recommend.

I really like how convenient these are to take. The chewable format is much easier than swallowing another pill, and the flavor is decent. They’re simple to work into my daily routine, and I appreciate having an easy way to add digestive enzyme support.

The texture was also not chalky which was a positive, however I did find them to have a weird aftertaste but it didn’t linger for long. I didn’t necessarily notice any health benefits from them in the time I used them.

I think this specific supplement is so important to incorporate into our daily lineup to help with the absorption of our foods and overall gut health. My daughter and I have very sensitive stomach’s on top of it, so this has been great for the two of us! And to be completely honest, my digestive system just hasn’t been the same since having my third. So I really have been loving this for many reasons! I especially love that it’s designed for adults and children alike so I don’t have to go searching for a kid friendly one. We both think the taste is good and it’s simple to incorporate before meals or alongside it! The taste is great, but the texture did take a little bit of time to get used to!
