Best pre work yet. Even one scoop is a good start. Used to use advanced Pre. This took its place and is fantastic with no negative effects at all.

Very sleek appearance as usual from optimum nutrition. The smell and taste are really pleasing which normally is not the case with a good amount of pre workout formulas. The flavor is pretty good, just not super strong. It doesn’t taste artificial but could definitely have more flavor to it. There is so much caffeine in one serving- perfect for the pre workout effect. I felt like it worked well. The bottle is small enough to put in a gym bag but fits a lot of servings cause the serving g size is pretty small. I tried mixing it with a spoon and was left with clumps but then did the blender bottle and it mixed super well. Happy with this product!
