For such an expensive pillow, it is flat and uncomfortable. I have to use both of them and now find myself waking up multiple times throughout the night. I am now searching for other ridiculously expensive pillows that actually have some lushness about them. Do not recommend.

We purchased the hotel collection pillows many years ago after a stay at a hotel that featured this pillow. While the pillows are still soft, they were not able to support head. The new pillows solve everything. Soft and supportive.

The medium is soft at best - it cannot support my head for the night by itself. Returning this and hoping the Firm feels like the medium used to when I've bought in the past. The cover also feels noticeably rougher, though hoping that will break in with use.

I love this line and have been buying it for years. This Hotel Collection goose down pillow is everything I hoped for, genuinely soft without going flat, cradling your head like the best 5* hotels do while still holding its loft night after night. The European white goose down feels premium and breathes beautifully, so no overheating, and the king size gives you room to move around without ever chasing the pillow. Worth every penny, I got a full set of 4 - 2 medium and 2 softs and it changes the sleep completely.

This is our 3rd time purchasing this pillow over the years. In the past, we were always happy with the pillow but this time the medium pillow was much flatter and had very limited fluff and loft. It felt like it either had less fill or the fill was denser than the past high quality down feel.

The "medium density" is much firmer than I expected. It's "softness" is greatly minimized.

Excellent quality. I’m sleeping much better now.

Best pillow for short neck people, this pillow will give you a great nights sleep everytime.
