I really love this super rich moisturizer. It is dense and soothing when I’m having inflammatory issues and my face swells. It doesn’t burn my skin, even around my sensitive eyes, and helps me recover a tiny bit more comfortably.

I bought this hoping it would save my dry skin, the winter air has caused some damage. I think this is too thick and rich, it broke me out instead. I had red spots, bumps, and a bit of itchiness as well. I did a spot test on the rest of my body with no reaction like that. I'm sad this didn't work for me.

Literally better off slugging on Aquaphor This was not worth it for me, it didn’t melt into my skin, it didn’t help my eczema, it broke me out; overall overpriced.

This product is less creamy moisturizer and more moisturizing, oil balm. The dense cream melts upon application to create an oily but pleasant consistency and was very soothing to apply. Unfortunately, it did not stay - it pilled horribly. I think the trick is to use a very small amount and apply a very thin layer. You may still get some pilling, but it won't be coming off in big goopy balls. I would not recommend this under makeup. I will not repurchase, because I felt it functioned about the same as the Kiehl's overnight squalane mask, except I haven't had trouble with that one pilling.

I’ve been using this face cream moisturizer for over a month now, and my dry skin absolutely loves it! The texture is quite thick, but it spreads effortlessly and absorbs beautifully without feeling greasy. It provides deep, long-lasting hydration, keeping my skin soft and nourished throughout the day. If you have dry skin and need intense moisture without heaviness, this is a great choice!

Five stars. This is a thick moisturizer - almost like a balm texture at first. But once you warm it up it becomes a thicker cream. It's thick, so I use as a night cream, but when my skin is sensitized, I will use during the day. It makes my skin glow and I wake up with plump,, moisturized skin. One of the best moisturizer at Sephora for dry skin.

I decided to give this a shot when, out of nowhere, my Tula moisturizer just stopped working for me. My skin was a mess, so dry and tight. My nose and chin were flaking, which of course led to foundation looking awful and patchy, but after only two days of using the Recovery Cream, my skin was soft again! It’s scent-free which I love, didn’t break me out and while it should feel heavy, somehow it doesn’t. I know Kate Somerville products come with a hefty price tag (I bought it on sale), but this one is worth it!

If you enjoy an over-priced, waxy moisturizer, then this is for you! I cannot believe people pay $78 for this and enjoy it. I can get a better moisturizer at the drugstore. Soooo waxy and never soaked in. in.icould name 100
