Please listen to the reviews and don’t buy this!!! It dies right after the warranty ends (red light will appear). Coincidence? I think not. Now I’m fighting for a replacement.
Like others, mine died after 2 years. It was great until it stopped working. A major waste of money.
Died exactly after 2 years so I don’t qualify for guaranty. Red ring of death, worked great! But it just stop working, expensive! Not worth it!
I didn’t listen to the other reviews and I should have because mine also died after 2 1/2 years. For $270, this should have lasted a lot longer. 
First of all I bought this for $249 in 2022 and now it’s $363 - that’s not inflation that’s ridiculous. Got the red ring of death and it no longer works. The straightener itself is great, however when paying a premium I expect premium quality and this does not deliver. Do not recommend.
Loved this product so much . I am on my 3rd now And will not buy again They all seem to die around the 2 year mark When you are paying more it should last 😢
Was so excited about this, but after a year of using it (took very good care of it) it stopped working! Just outside of the manufacturer warranty of course 😞 Definitely NOT worth the money spent!! My whatever brand cheap straightener that I got 10 years ago, is still going obviously better than this one. Stick to Walmart straighteners people, or buy an expensive to spoil yourself for a year 😆
2 of 2 of my past 2 ghd straighteners have been the best, and then RIGHT after the warranty period suddenly gets the red light of death with no warning. I've always taken care of my straighteners so this is SO disappointing and gross. Stay away from ghd unless you love buying new overpriced straighteners every 2 years.
Stopped working after 2 years of regular, but not daily, use. It really wasn’t any better than my old Baby bliss straightener but was much more expensive. Now each time I plug it in this red light goes off to basically let you know there’s an error and it can’t be used. It’s still under warranty but I’m unable to return.
Loved this straightener so much but like all the other reviews it only lasts a couple years before it dies (conveniently just after the warranty is over)
