This is the only supplement that contains melatonin that I could find available in the UK. I am not sure why melatonin is not allowed in the UK as it is sold in many other countries and is one of the best anti-oxidants. I am very pleased to have found this Now product and bought 2 just in case it is discontinued for some reason. I find it effective and the additional herbal ingredients seem to add to its effectiveness. I do recommend this product.

I am using this together with NOW Foods Sleep - Botanical Sleep Blend. I take one tablet of Sleep Regimen 3-in-1 about half an hour before going to bed. If I still don't fall asleep or if I wake up in the middle of the night, I add one tablet of Botanical Sleep Blend. Most nights, just the Sleep Regimen 3-in-1 is enough.

Sleep comes easier with it, then without it. There's nothing more to say.
