This is a high-quality product definitely notice more energy started with two in the morning and two in the afternoon until I started feeling a little irritable lol and realized I needed to cut back on the supplement! Now I typically just take one in the morning. You will definitely notice more energy, first day upon taking. It has been a huge blessing for me with my energy levels. I love that it’s not a stimulant anxious energy feeling it, just feels like your normal energy levels (or better) are back.

A decent dosage, suitable for low cortisol and fatigued adrenals. Not the best on the website, and not the best price.
