Baked this for my friend’s birthday, she was absolutely delighted. The cake turned out delicious, I experimented and added coconut flavor, coconut milk, and coconut oil. I made a cream cheese frosting with shredded coconut. It’s hard to find coconut cake in Japan let alone a gluten free one, she was teary eyed happy❤️

I still didn’t try it but I’m really excited to see how it turns out it’s a good size and the ingredients are pretty good I see it as good quality and hopefully it tastes as good as it looks I can’t wait to serve it
