Made this for my guys birthday with homemade chocolates buttercream frosting and boy was it great! Gluten free and made with high quality ingredients as you’d expect from Bobs Red Mill. The cake was moist and the taste was fantastic! The package made two 9inch round cakes for a lovely, frosted cake! Yum
Bob's Red Mill is the best. I really like the taste and no one ever knows it's GF. I made a chocolate fudge ribbon cake with pudding and it turned out delicious. Quality is the best and consistency is key to my baking. I would highly recommend and I would buy again.
