Yay to cake mix! Being from the states there was never a shortage of boxed cake mixes. I was so pleased, yet again, with this brand. Bob’s Red Mill really has quality, tasty ingredients. I made cupcakes out of this mix and my family agrees- the taste was amazing! They came out fluffy and perfectly balanced with my homemade frosting. The next recipe I’ll try is the chocolate one but we already cannot wait for someone’s birthday- a great excuse to order these and make them once again.

I made this mix as cupcakes, which came out fluffy and tasty. Bob’s really makes high quality mixes and flours, so you can’t go wrong. The package looks small, but don’t let that fool you! It was the perfect amount for classic yellow cake cupcakes.

I had hoped for a natural cake mix without all the chemicals and here it is! It is VERY moist and VERY Vanilla-ey and sweet; you don't even need icing. Highly recommend and one day will try the chocolate.

Red Mill has ingredients clearly stated on the packaging and label nice six to use in making cake. The taste is very good and size to make a cake with this mix.
