Chocolate Cake Mix, Gluten Free, 22 oz (624 g)

The cake is delicious and moist. This is my go to cake when I am baking one for a friend who can not eat gluten.

I'm vegan and I didn't use eggs (replaced with soy milk + vinegar I believe), but it turned out fluffy, moist, very nice. It raises a lot while baking it. A bit too sweet for my taste so maybe use a less sweet frosting.

King Arthur is known for quality and this mix has quality ingredients and tastes amazing. The size is perfect it make a lovely cake or a serving of a dozen cupcakes. I use it all the time for gluten free diet birthday parties. Kids won’t know the difference. You get all the taste of chocolate cake and the benefit of being gluten free.

Tastes great, with easy to follow instructions. I'm always surprised by the number of eggs needed, but just follow what it says on the package and it'll come out fine. I'll probably use this as a base for a black forest cake.

This is one good tasting cake mix. It is a heavier texture and more like a brownie cake. If you like fluffy texture, not for you. I will buy again

The cake turned to be quite nice although the top and outer part of the cake was breakable. The taste was good for a gluten-free cake. Definitely will consider to buy again.
