I bought this to bake a cake for my 5 year old granddaughter who is a celiac. She loved it and even allowed the rest of us to have a piece. ;-)
Absolutely delicious! The gluten-free Funfetti cake was soft, fresh, and full of flavour. You honestly wouldn’t know it was gluten-free! Highly recommended.

Very easy to make and delicious. I also used it to make a mug cake in the microwave and it came out ok. The texture was a little sandy but I think that was mostly my fault with the changes I made to make it microwave friendly. When I baked it in the oven, there were no issues with texture. It was delicious and not too sweet. For those who are gluten conscious or have Celiac's disease, this is a good option when you have a craving for cake

It has been so long since i've seen or had funfetti cake. Love, love, love that this was offered. Just kind of like an nostalgia piece. I love that they make this in gluten free, and it actually tastes good. Also tweak the ingredients that you add to make it fluffy or to make it. More like a brownie, or to make it more like a larger cake. You can reduce calories by substituting apple sauce instead of oil. You can add more eggs to make it more moist and cake like. Is a cake box mix, and it is so easy to make, but you can also alter it for different purposes, which is amazing.
Move over Bob's Red Mill, this is the gluten free cake mix brands we are going for from now on. Hard to beat Pilsbury, if you're eating cake from a mix, you're trying to scratch that childhood itch.
