This sorghum flour worked great for my baking needs. I’m gluten intolerant, and I have recently begun experimenting with baking. A lot of the recipes use a mixture of millet, sorghum, and tapioca flours. The package is great, as it reseals very easily. The value for the money can be seen in my wonderful baked goods. Must buy for your pantry if you’re a gluten free baker.
Composed of only one ingredient- just stone ground sorghum. Used to make flatbreads and streamed cakes with it. Had a nice taste. Overall a good quality.! Great in diabetic diet and for gluten free recipes. Came in good packaging, easy delivery by iHerb. Good pricing. Size is appropriate for small family. Highly recommended!
I have never had sorghum flour before as far as I know, although I grew up near a place that produced sorghum syrup. This was nice, slightly sweet, in a biscuit recipe, and produced a very tender bread product (I mixed the sorghum with other flours for my first experiment). Looking forward to more experiments to see how sorghum flour acts.

Bob's Red Mill is one of my go to for gluten free baking. It's a good quality product that is easy to use in any gluten free recipe. Normally I purchased the whole grains, but it was easier using the flour form to quickly make my weekly serving of gluten free foods.
I love this organic sorghum flour, which is of a high quality. I use it to make pumpkin or sweet potato cake, turns out delicious! I just love the flavour and fragrance. A favourite.
