At first I didn't like this produce - even though the ingredients were high quality. But, the first time around I didn't cook them long enough and they were too chewy. BUT, once cooked long enough, they're delicious!
I was so happy to find a cassava pasta for the autoimmune diet. The package is the same size as a normal pasta package which is really nice. The ingredients are good quality. The taste is good and one package makes a good amount. It does get a bit mushy, but I am just so happy to have a pasta option that I can use while on the autoimmune diet. I like it in soups.
I was supposed to be of a great quality there, clean ingredients and easy to use however, I find the taste a little bit weird on the other hand. The packaging is great and if you are green free as I am warm, Paul, this is a great product to buy.
