Inulin is a major ingredient I use to activate my yeast. It does miracles, and here comes KOS Organic Inulin Powder. I tried it the first time and since then I make sure to have it standing in my kitchen closet. It is a must to have especially if you love baking!
The product does what it needs to do. I do feel a difference in my body already but it’s not easy going down. The powder doesn’t dissolve in liquid or shakes well. I’ve tried using a frother and a blender but still end up drinking chunks of the powder which can be alarming. A good value for the price and quantity but I think the fact that it doesn’t dissolve is why I’d pass on repurchasing.
Jerusalem artichoke is ingredient in this inulin (I e-mailed them to ask). This is a quality product that is third-party tested for a full spectrum of contaminants including but not limited to lead and heavy metals. The composition dissolves fairly easily. I do find the taste a bit sweet but that does not bother me. It is good for fiber and offers great benefit in being a prebiotic. I like to get as much as them into my diet as possible to help the intestinal tract.
I put a scoop in my probiotic yogurt drink every morning and it doesn't change the taste of my yogurt. Not sure where I first saw this Kos brand powders but they are a great product and I like the powder delivery of the prebiotics. It makes it easy to add to just about anything but if you add it to a milk based product it seems to blend better. It tastes like and has the same texture and consistency of baby formula.

I used this fiber successfully for a few months. it helped really nice in the diet with improving the gut, regulating intestinal movement and easing constipation symptoms. the product has no taste and a clean ingredient list. I recommend it. for those willing to know the package is like a big pickles jar in matter of size.
