I really wanted this product to work for me. And in fact, it does work for a better night sleep. But I get very bad stomach discomfort and diarrhea the next day. I’ve given it several chances and it’s always the same result. I’m so disappointed!
It took me several months to figure out that this product was the cause of my persistent daily diarrhea. I finally realized that it started the same time I started taking this supplement. I do not read about digestive problems as a significant side effect for the Reishi mushroom. But the diarrhea stopped the day that I discontinued taking this supplement. I was only taking two capsules a day. I can't imagine how much worse the problem would have been if I were taking the recommended dosage of three tablets!
I've been testing this product with a sleep tracker on different days and I'm amazed at the difference it makes in my sleep quality. Specifically, my REM cycles are longer.
This is fantastic to make me sleep through the night! It doesn’t necessarily help you fall asleep though, ingredients are fantastic and seems to be of good quality! Have definitely seen benefits in my sleep quality and mood and will definitely be purchasing it again in the future. Give my brother a bottle as a gift and he seems to enjoy them just as much as I did
It helps to sleep. the sleep is if good quality and deep. It also contains magnesium that helps from cramps. Melatonin is just the amount to help no feeling of drowsiness in the morning. And I love it has reishi mushrooms. I do feel having more energy during the day. will buy it again. The pills maybe not my favourite size. To take 3 it is one time job at least for me
