Okayyy, quality is great, has a regular gummy taste with a slight touch of fruitiness. 60 gummies so it can last between a month to two depends on whether you take one or two every night but overall good size. It makes me sleepy and tired usually only if I take a dose of two gummies. After about and hour and a half of taking it I start to feel the tiredness.
