I bought this product when I had my ptosis surgery on my eyes, the healing was fast and the quality was good. I actually took together with other products in the photo, Papaya Enzymes and Vitamins C together to speed up the healing process, my surgery is healed and I can wash my face in 4 days. I took it for my 18 month old since she needs the enzymes and I found the dosage great and the taste is great! I give her 1 pill 3 times per day. My toddler eats it like candy and that makes my life so much easier, since I don’t have to take it from a capsule and mix it with something so that she eats it. It just makes my life better. And what is so important to me is that it’s ingredients have a glucose that ends in “-ose” like dextrose, and not in “-ol” like xylitol, since long term consumption of xylitol may lead to increased blood clot formation. I don't use this supplement on every day basis, but take it when I feel that can overeat potentially. Besides that my husband have really often heartburn after many dishes so he also wanted to try. When we have bloating acid reflux or some incomfortable feelings in stomach during having food we used to take 1 tablet and in 10-15 minutes this enzyme really does its job. Taste of tablets is also pleasant - nice and sweet papaya. Quality is really good for the price so I'll continue to buy this one.

Exactly what I was looking for. I only use it when I accidentally overate! Taking a full tablet of these makes me have the runs, that's why I break it in halve. It helps greatly loosening up your stools. They taste sweet, not the best but whatever I didn't buy it for the taste. Would buy again.

These work well, I noticed I had been having a hard time digesting after eating and needed something that wasn’t prescription or something chalky lol. These don’t taste as good as some others I have tried but for the price and quantity it works and gets the job done! If you have any gut issues… these have ingredients that you already have in your body and these work faster than taking something chalky… you know what I mean lol. Also better ingredients than those too! Yay enzymes!

Great for revleiving gas and digesting. nice taste and easy to take. i eat lupin pasta sometimes and it gives me severe gas symptoms. this papaya enzyme doesnt completely take it away but it drastically helps the situation when i take it. with other normal foods and meats it definitely works great. good brand and quality product. i reccomend

taken about 20 tablets, no negative reactions is what i can say! it tastes like a less acidic vitamin-c chewable tablet, though i'm unsure if it really helps with digestion & my gut at all - or if it's due to my dietary improvements in general. however in theory, eating papaya seeds / papain does help. c'est la vie!
