This is an amazing product with lots of benefits, It's a great prebiotic. I also read that phages help disrupt biofilms. I tried it first and got reaction but when I did it the second time I had no reaction and felt good. It's good for digestion and microbiome. I would recommend it. But you may start with half a capsule to adjust.
