This is one of the best multivitamins I’ve tried. The split AM and PM formula packages makes a big difference — I feel energized during the day and recover better at night. ok so Thorne is a decent brand , that's that. this multi is well balanced and has two bottles each bottle has 3 capsule dose . one is for morning. and one is for evening. it's is quite basic , so only reason I am not giving 5 stars is perhaps the price is not exactly adequate, but it's Thorne, but still I think that is a bit too much.

tried this for the first time 2 months ago. ordered it for the second time. all seems well. have been looking for a supplement to keep my body at optimal performance. initially started at 1 capsule daily to see if my body would have any reactions to this. everything was good so i increased it to 2 capsules. steady for a month and proceeded to take the full recommended 3 capsules daily for both the AM and the PM. In terms of quality, I cannot really comment on it as I do not have anything to compare it to. Ingredients seem fine.

The quality is top-notch, as always with Thorne, and I like that the ingredients are clean and well-balanced. A bit pricey, but absolutely worth it.
I really think there’s no better multivitamin out there other than the thorne. I have noticed using this for now over a year that my hair became better. My skin got less acne and it’s visibly more radiant and clear every time I stop using this things messed up. I feel so relaxed using the night one I wake up calm and my muscle muscles are relaxed.
