I've taken Ora Lady Bugs for three months with no issues. It's gentle on the stomach and supports gut health without causing discomfort. I appreciate the natural ingredients and feel it’s a solid choice for daily wellness. Definitely keeping this in my routine
My only complaint about this product is when I run out. I can feel the difference immediately. One of the best probiotics I’ve ever used.

It’s a great supplement to have if your pH levels are easily shifted out of whack. For my job, I have to wear yoga pants all the time, and with the material and exercising all day, it really affects my pH levels and I’ve tried everything for the longest time and this has been something that has benefited very well for me. But please do take the supplement on an empty stomach with water! I did the mistake when I first started taking it with drinking lemon water, and the citrus in there negates the effects of the probiotics

The price personally I think it‘s higher than other products in the same line. But this one has prebiotics added which is good. After taking it for awhile I noticed the smell down there is significantly improved.
I’ve been really happy with Ora Lady Bugs Women’s Probiotic & Prebiotic. As of the time of this review (September 2025): Quality - high; Ingredients - well-tolerated; Package - glass bottle; Brand - one of my favourites; Note, I really like that it has Lactobacillus crispatus! This is not the easiest strain to source, especially in a formula that does not include strep or s. boulardii strains (which I do not personally tolerate)
