Taste is great. Heard about a lot of benefits of xylitol for teeth and oral care. It is expensive, but iherb had it cheaper than anywhere else. I also like that it is derived from birch instead of corn. Trees are generally cleaner and not sprayed with anything. I think it is worth the extra couple bucks to get the birch xylitol.
I find it doesn’t sweeten coffee as well as palm sugar, but I’ve been using it on my toothbrush to massage my gums and find it’s making them stronger.
I have been using this as a replacement for store bought mouth washes, used after eating. Xylitol pulling. I just put a teaspoon directly into my mouth. It dissolves immediately and then I start swishing it in my mouth because the xylitol generates more saliva automatically. I swish and leave it in my mouth for 10+ mins. I have noticed film free teeth afterwards for hours but it doesn't control the bacteria build up on my tongue. My teeth and gums feel clean but not necessarily my tongue. This is a great alternative when I don't necessarily want to feel the sensation of menthol that is in almost all mouthwashes. Xylitol is pleasantly sweet with no aftertaste. The reason why I don't consume it is because I am sensitive to sugar alcohols because they cause me a lot of bloating. This is a good preventative measure to keep your teeth clean after meals.
Very good quality, Ingredients and taste. Size and packaging is good and it benefits our oral health. We use it a lot so I'll definitely buy again.

Got this to replace sugar. Taste almost like sugar but without the calories! Don’t use too much or you may get bloated but overall is good. Packaging is ok. Xylitol has benefits and protects your enamel, another plus! Use it in drinks and baking too.
